"THINK METADATA" - Philip Hodgetts
JOIN US FOR CUTTING EDGE CONVERSATION ON THE PROCESS OF EDITING AND VISUAL STORYTELLING
BOSCPUG is very pleased to have our first joint mixer of 2012 with the Boston Avid UG and SMPTE-NE featuring special guest Philip Hodgetts.
UPDATE! Before getting to the meat of metadata, Philip will demonstrate the new features of Final Cut Pro X Update 10.0.3 and his new 7toX for Final Cut Pro application.
Metadata plays a crucial role in editing workflows, and yet each of the major NLEs have very different philosophies about metadata. Learn how to optimize the use of metadata in Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium, Avid Media Composer and Final Cut Pro (both versions) during production and to manage assets after editorial.
Q&A will follow - This is a rare opportunity to interact with one of our Industry's most respected production and post-production gurus. If you want to learn more about the future of Television and content distribution, this is a must-attend event.
